Abstract:
Disease assessmant training program in estimation of disease severity (lesion area/total leaf area x100).
Simulates 5 foliar diseases: alfalfa rust, spring black stem and leaf spot, summer black stem and leaf spot,
stemphylium leaf spot and bacterial leaf spot. User is asked to select leaf-type, disease, and the size of
lesion to appear on leaf images for evaluation of disease severity. Immediate feedback is available, or
results can be collated at end of test.
